Analysis & Concept
First, we work out which process costs you the most time today.
- Mapping existing processes
- An honest look at ready-made tools
- Data model and user roles
- Scope of the first version
- Checking interfaces in advance
Membership management, booking platform or enquiry funnel: we develop web applications that fit your processes exactly.

Scope of services
Some tasks cannot be solved by a classic website. If you want to manage members, rent out rooms or pre-qualify enquiries, you need an application that knows your processes. We develop such solutions for self-employed people and SMEs. First, we understand how you work today. Then we build a system that takes work off your hands instead of creating more.
First, we work out which process costs you the most time today.
We build on proven frameworks and only develop what you need.
Data should only have to be entered once.
After launch, we run the application and keep extending it.
Focus areas
Members
In clubs and associations, member data often sits in an Excel list of which several people keep their own copies. We bring everything together in one database. Members sign up, renew their membership and update their profile themselves.
For the VÖPP, the Association of Austrian Psychotherapists (Vereinigung Österreichischer Psychotherapeut*innen), we developed such a platform with Laravel. In the admin dashboard, the team has an overview of members and seminars in one place. Since then, administration has saved the team time.
)
Bookings
Every booking that leads to three or four emails costs time. With your own booking solution, your customers choose a seminar, course or appointment and pay online straight away via Stripe. Appointment, payment and confirmation match up without follow-up questions.
This is how members and prospective participants book their seminars and training courses with the VÖPP. On a smaller scale but on the same principle, clients book an appointment with Kinesiologie Fraberger and pay in the same step. This has made handling payments simpler for the practice.
)
Enquiries
A contact form with one large text field often produces enquiries in which half the details are missing. An enquiry funnel asks step by step for what you need to prepare a quote. Answers can be tapped, and the next questions depend on the previous ones.
Via interfaces, the enquiry goes straight to the right person or into your system, for example your industry software. We check whether an interface exists before we send a quote. If there is none, we tell you openly.

We first build the process that costs the most time today. Only when your team is working with it do we decide together on the next step.

We start with your current process and extend the solution in stages.
We look at how you work today.
We clarify which lists, inboxes and programs are involved and who enters which data where. This also shows whether a ready-made tool is enough for you.
OutcomeA clear picture of your current process
We define what the first version must be able to do.
We start with the process that costs the most time today. We describe the data model, roles and interfaces in advance so that you know the effort and timeline.
OutcomeFeature scope, timeline and quote
We develop the application and migrate your data.
Depending on the task, we work with Laravel or with Payload CMS and Next.js, and payments run via Stripe. We clean up existing Excel lists together with you before we import them.
OutcomeA tested application with your data
The first version goes live.
Before launch, we show everyone who will work with it the most important steps. We host the application at Hetzner in Germany, with automatic backups.
OutcomeA solution in real use
We extend the solution step by step.
After the first few weeks of everyday use, we look together at what is working well and what is still missing. Some features that seemed important at the start turn out not to be needed at all.
OutcomeAn application that grows with your business
Technologies
Proven tools instead of building from scratch, so that your solution stays maintainable.
Not necessarily. We rely on proven building blocks and only develop what you really need. It often pays off quickly because manual work is eliminated.
With a free initial consultation. We look at your processes, describe a first version and tell you the effort and timeline.
Yes, if the system offers an interface. We check this in advance and tell you openly what is possible.
We do. Hosting, updates and further development all come from one source, with a dedicated point of contact.
When your process is standard, few people work with it and no other systems need to be connected. In that case, we recommend a ready-made tool rather than custom development.
As a rule, yes. Before the import, we clean up the data together with you, because duplicate entries and different spellings only become apparent when merging. After that, everyone works with one list.
The data is stored in your own database and can be exported in full. A custom solution also belongs to you, with no subscription and no contractual lock-in.
