Website and booking platform for a professional association
VÖPP

VÖPP, the Association of Austrian Psychotherapists (Vereinigung Österreichischer Psychotherapeutinnen und Psychotherapeuten), is a nationwide network for its profession in Austria. We redesigned the website and developed a platform with Laravel through which members and other interested people book the academy's seminars and training courses and pay with Stripe. Behind the scenes, the team manages members and events in one place.

01Starting point
VÖPP's old website was cluttered and hard to navigate. Booking seminars and training courses was error-prone. Member and seminar data were not kept in one shared place.
The new solution had three jobs: present the association clearly, make training bookable online and make administration easier for the team. VÖPP is also our partner, through which we build websites for its members.

02Solution
The website and the academy share a clean design in white and VÖPP's magenta. We built the platform with Laravel.
Website
The home page leads to the most important paths: becoming a member, current academy dates, the free initial counselling hotline and news. The psychotherapist search lists all members and can be filtered by method, qualification, gender and language. The member services page shows the benefits of membership at a glance.
Booking seminars
The theAkademos-VÖPP Academy has its own range of courses. Seminars, webinars, training courses and talks can be filtered by type and period. Each event has its own page with date, content and speakers. At registration, the platform checks whether someone is a member. Payment is by card or SEPA direct debit via Stripe.
Members and administration
All member and seminar data are held in one central admin dashboard. There the team creates and edits seminars and training courses and keeps an overview of the member database.

Visitors find what they are looking for faster: psychotherapeutic help, a member with a suitable method or a training course. Registration and payment run online without detours. A project from our Web Design & Development and Custom Web Solutions services.
