Leadership Performance

Dr. Sabine Wölbl supports management teams with strategy, leadership and AI. We turned her method, the KI-Strategie-Loop®, into a website you can click through. From the first impression in the hero to the insights, it leads visitors from their own situation to the right next step.

01Starting point

Dr. Sabine Wölbl has worked with companies on strategy, leadership and organisational development for many years. Today she focuses on how management teams can make better strategic decisions in the age of AI. For this, she has developed her own method: the KI-Strategie-Loop® with seven phases.

The old WordPress site could not represent this method. Behind the loop is an entire system: 21 areas of tension, four leadership fields with 28 matrix fields, typical starting situations, eight strategy sprints and four practice cases. Everything is interconnected. The new website was meant to make this understandable. Visitors should start from their own situation and go straight to the right format, in German and in English.

02Solution

The website runs on Rocketsite, our platform built on Payload CMS and Next.js. Pages made of building blocks alone would not have been enough here. Phases, areas of tension, situations, sprints and cases are separate content types that reference each other. This way, every phase shows its areas of tension and every case its route through the loop. The design is calm and refined: night blue, cream and gold, with a classic serif typeface.

Hero

The entry point shows a spiral staircase, matching the cycle of the method. When you move the mouse over it, a fine grid of tiles lights up around the pointer, in gold and blue. The movement stays restrained so that the message remains in the foreground: “AI rarely fails because of the technology.”

KI-Strategie-Loop

The seven phases are arranged in a circle on the page. When you click on a phase, a golden line runs along the circle to it. Next to it, the guiding question of the phase and its areas of tension appear, such as speed and quality. A link leads to the detailed page for the phase. This way, the method can be grasped in a few clicks.

Insights

The articles are linked to the method. Visitors filter by topic, by phase of the loop and by strategy sprint. We moved over the 15 articles from the old site, with new photos from Unsplash. Every old address redirects to the new one, so that no link and no search result leads nowhere.

In addition, there is the AI check as an entry point, a contact form, analytics with cookie consent and the English version of all pages. The loop can also be clicked through phase by phase on a smartphone.

03Result

Leadership Performance has a website on which the method itself becomes an experience. Visitors first see their own situation and find the next step from there. New articles, cases and sprints are created in the content management system and appear automatically in the right places. My concept is anything but simple. Ruckzack understood it, translated it into a clear website and delivered it faster than I would have expected. I have a point of contact who thinks along with me and responds quickly.
